Job summary

H2 Health Kids in Amarillo, TX seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN) to deliver meaningful, play-based therapy to children. You will support treatment plans under supervision, helping develop fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills in a collaborative, family-centered setting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate documentation, and participation in professional development. Eligible candidates have ACOTE-accredited OTA program graduation and an active COTA license (or eligibility)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OTA program.
• Active state COTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an OT
• Provide hands-on, play-based therapy interventions
• Support development of fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Communicate progress and updates to supervising OT
• Document care accurately in EMR
• Partner with families and caregivers to support carryover at home
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
