Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• Must hold California OTA license.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatment under the direction of an OT.
• Maintain contact with the patient’s primary OT at least every two weeks.
• Assist OT in developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Document and maintain service-related records as directed by supervising OT.
• Supervise aides and volunteers and ensure compliance with standards.
• May perform discharge summaries and input on re-evals as directed by OT.
