Job summary

Whole Child Therapy, Inc. in Claremont, CA is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time, Monday–Friday role. Earn up to $37/hour with additional performance bonuses up to $17,500/year.

You will work with kids, supporting fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills under OTR supervision. Join a therapist-owned pediatric practice offering mentorship, specialty exposure, and a clear clinical ladder.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license or eligibility.
• Experience working with children in pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with OTRs and families.
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under OTR supervision to help kids build fine motor, sensory processing, and self-care skills.
• Collaborate with OTRs, SLPs, and staff as part of interdisciplinary team.
• Coach parents on home programs to extend therapy gains.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records for insurance compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, CEUs, and specialty training.
• Flex between outpatient clinic and school-based settings (optional).
• Work in a full-time, Mon-Fri schedule in Claremont, CA.
