Job summary

Lifelong Access is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support a pediatric program across settings. • Requires Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT COTA examination passed or eligible to take.
• Illinois OTA license or license-eligible status required.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Develop home programs and modalities for each child.
• Provide direct therapy to children to maximize functional skills.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and session documentation.
• Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team of therapists and professionals.
