Job summary

Little Steps Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team in Palm Harbor. The role includes clinical therapy at our Palm Harbor clinic, plus telehealth visits, and early intervention through the Florida Early Steps program.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and engage with families to support child development. You will provide assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy across a broad pediatric age range, maintain timely documentation, and

Qualifications

• Florida DOH Occupational Therapist license is required.
• At least one year post graduate work experience.
• Current West Central Early Steps provider or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with the pediatric population.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Fun, passionate, and engaging personality.
• Ability to travel between natural environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, engaging therapy to the pediatric population.
