Job summary

Function First Therapy, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist or an Occupational Therapist Assistant to serve pediatric clients in school districts and our outpatient clinics. The role includes developing school-based and medical-model programs, collaborating with teachers, parents, and healthcare teams, and providing tele-therapy when required.

The candidate will administer standardized assessments, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings and ongoing staff

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current Certification as Occupational Therapist in Maine.
• Knowledge of OT school-based and medical-model treatments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized OT assessments.
• Develop and implement school-based and medical-model plans of care.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians and healthcare team.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
• Attend IEP meetings and staff trainings.
• Provide tele-therapy as needed.
