You’ll work with a team including SLPs, Behavior Analysts, physicians, and more to create integrated treatment plans that help children thrive.

Qualifications

• Current California Occupational Therapy License.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with each child's goals.
• Deliver play-based therapy focusing on sensory processing and daily activities.
• Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate caregivers with home strategies and monitor progress.
• Maintain documentation and billing to support quality care.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen clinical programs.
