Job summary

Cortica is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in California. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver play-based, evidence-driven therapy designed to help children build life skills and participate in daily activities.

Responsibilities include evaluations, individualized plans, family education, and co-treatment when appropriate, while maintaining accurate documentation and striving for program excellence. California licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required).
• Current California OT license (required).
• Passion for pediatric therapy and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations using standardized and dynamic assessments.
• Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy focusing on sensory processing, motor skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team for integrated care.
• Educate caregivers with home strategies to support progress.
• Maintain documentation and billing to support high-quality care.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen clinical programs.
