Job summary

Kidzoola Therapy Center in Missoula, Montana is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time or part-time position. We offer a $5,000 sign-on/relocation bonus, mentorship, and a collaborative pediatric team in a therapist-owned clinic.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Our play-based, evidence-based approach values strong relationships with children and families, and provides dedicated time for planning, documentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in Montana or ability to obtain licensure.
• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete.
• Enjoy creative problem-solving, play-based therapy and collaborating with children, families, and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging, play-based pediatric therapy.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary teammates.
• Complete documentation clearly and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration.
