Job summary

Kidzoola Therapy Center in Missoula, MT is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a full-time or part-time role with flexible scheduling and strong supervision. New grads welcome as you transition into pediatric practice in a supportive, child-centered clinic.

You will provide pediatric OT under supervision, implement play-based treatment, collaborate with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team, and complete clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Montana (or ability to obtain).
• Associate’s degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teammates.
• Complete documentation clearly and efficiently.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and clinical collaboration.
