Job summary

H2Health Land O' Lakes, Florida, United States is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for our pediatric outpatient clinic. This full-time position offers a collaborative, therapist-led environment focused on improving daily living skills for children.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver child-centered care, develop individualized treatment plans, and support families in applying strategies at home and school.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active OT license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Help children improve motor skills, sensory integration, and independence in daily activities.
• Deliver individualized treatment plans that are functional, playful, and evidence-based.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support carryover at home and school.
• Monitor progress, complete documentation, and adapt therapy strategies as needed.
• Empower kids with developmental delays, sensory processing issues, ASD, and more.
