You will assess patients, develop individualized plans, and guide therapeutic activities to enhance mobility and independence. Ideal candidates bring outpatient experience, anatomy knowledge, and familiarity with medical terminology, with a strong focus on ADLs and patient-centered care within clinic and home

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience required.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology required.
• Familiarity with medical terminology.
• Expertise in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Proficiency in patient care.

• Exposure to acute care environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to improve patients' abilities to perform daily activities.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and activities to enhance patients' motor skills and coordination.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
