Job summary

Seattle Children's seeks a Limited Term Generalist Pediatric Occupational Therapist for our outpatient regional clinic in Federal Way. The OT will work independently and with an interdisciplinary team to support pediatric clients in improving daily functioning, fine motor skills, feeding, and self-care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in occupational therapy from accredited university.
• Current Washington State license to practice as an occupational therapist. BLS
• Preferred Masters or Doctorate Degree in occupational therapy.
• Experience in acute care pediatric occupational therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT services addressing fine motor, self-care, sensory processing, and participation at home, school and community.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop meaningful goals and strategies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to support functional outcomes and participation.
• Integrate skills in sensory-based feeding strategies and splinting where applicable.
