Job summary

Kindering Bellevue, WA is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team onsite. You will provide therapy to young children, support families, and collaborate with other professionals to implement individualized plans.

Duties include evaluating motor skills, designing treatment plans, coordinating services, and mentoring student therapists. A WA OT license is required; Spanish is a plus; strong teamwork and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Occupational Therapy; master's degree preferred.
• Valid Washington State OT license.
• Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Training in neurodevelopmental treatment techniques preferred.
• Experience with diverse populations.
• Infant feeding experience highly preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work with birth-3-year-old pediatrics to provide therapies and other services.
• Assess each child’s motor skills; conduct formal evaluations; design and implement treatment plans; maintain records.
• Educate families and caregivers; coordinate with community agencies; develop adaptive equipment as needed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team to develop each child’s total program.
• Supervise student therapists; support IFSP meetings; coordinate transitions to programs.
