Job summary

School of Imagination & Happy Talkers in Dublin, CA is hiring licensed pediatric Occupational Therapists in multiple configurations: full-time, part-time, permanent, temporary, including coverage for clinician leave and per‑diem substitutes.

OTs will collaborate with SLPs, ABA, and Infant Development to support sensory processing, motor skills, self‑regulation, and daily living in children birth through age five, with IEP goals and comprehensive evaluation reporting.

Qualifications

• California OT license required to begin.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Commitment to interprofessional collaboration and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with electronic health records; CentralReach familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized and clinical assessments of sensory processing, motor skills, self-regulation, and daily living; write evaluation reports and treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and small-group therapy aligned to each child's treatment plan and IEP goals; document progress in CentralReach.
• Participate in case conferences with SLP, ABA, and Infant Development colleagues; coordinate mutually reinforcing goals.
• Maintain compliance with billing, licensing, and clinical documentation standards.
• Provide parent and caregiver training to extend OT strategies into home and community settings.
• Contribute to cross-discipline structures, team culture, and continuous improvement.
