The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-led, growth-minded team. You will bring pediatric OT expertise and collaborate with experienced DPTs to build and grow NJDPT's pediatric program.

Our mentorship program offers 1:1 sessions, cross-disciplinary case reviews, and a clear progression path. Expect a sustainable caseload of 1–2 patients per hour, flexible full-time scheduling, and opportunities to expand into autism services.

Qualifications

• Pediatric occupational therapy expertise is required.
• Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with experienced DPTs to grow the pediatric OT program.
• Develop and manage a pediatric caseload within the practice.
• Support children with autism and other developmental conditions through clinician-led care.
