The New Jersey Doctors of Physical Therapy is seeking a confident Occupational Therapist to join our clinician-led team in New Jersey. You will collaborate with Doctors of Physical Therapy and manage your own caseload across all ages in a patient-centered setting.

Our mentorship program provides 1:1 mentorship, access to experienced clinicians, and opportunities to grow clinically. We offer a starting salary of $85,000, structured professional development, and flexible, full-time scheduling

We offer a starting salary of $85,000, commensurate with experience, along with structured professional development and clinical collaboration within an independently operated practice.

As an Occupational Therapist at NJDPT, you will collaborate with an experienced team of Doctors of Physical Therapy while bringing your occupational therapy expertise and clinical autonomy to our interdisciplinary practice. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and expansion of NJDPT's occupational therapy services while building your own caseload across all ages.
