Qualifications

Ohio state licensure in Occupational Therapy is required.
NBCOT registration is required.
CPR certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or renewal.
One year of pediatric OT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate pediatric patients to determine developmental or functional status and develop individualized treatment plans.
Develop and administer therapeutic treatment to improve development, function, and independence.
Fabricate or provide adaptive equipment and instruct on use.
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home activities; monitor progress and compliance.
Maintain caseload documentation, scheduling, and daily charges; participate in continuing education and staff education.
