Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary early intervention team, delivering developmentally appropriate OT for children aged 2–6.

You will plan sessions addressing motor skills, feeding, sensory needs, and daily living activities, collaborating with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and families to achieve meaningful outcomes. Our ESDM-informed model guides care and supports families daily.

Qualifications

• OT degree and active license required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in interdisciplinary pediatric care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver OT for children aged 2–6.
• Address fine and gross motor skills, feeding, sensory needs, ADLs.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans with SLPs, BCBAs, psychologists.
• Integrate OT goals into ESDM-informed early intervention.
• Support autism-focused, individualized therapy.
• Collaborate with families to set meaningful goals and strategies.
• Coordinate with RBTs and clinicians to reinforce goals.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans based on data and clinical judgment.
