Job summary

Healing Haven LLC is a pediatric behavioral clinic in Michigan seeking an Occupational Therapist to help children with autism build independence and functional skills. You will work in a multidisciplinary setting with ABA and speech therapy teams, providing evidence-informed OT services and family-centered care.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ongoing development, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities to expand OT programming in sensory integration and self-regulation across environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Michigan OT license.
• Experience or knowledge in autism and behavior analysis preferred.
• Ability to maintain a clinical caseload of billable hours.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OT assessments for placement and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Use data analysis to adjust treatment strategies.
• Supervise and support therapy programming.
• Lead parent meetings and training for carryover.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for quality care.
• Complete documentation and payor communications.
• Stay current with OT research and autism practices.
