Job summary

INTEGRATED LIVING, INC. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist or COTA with pediatric experience to join our dedicated team in Sterling Heights, MI.

The role includes outpatient clinic services as well as in-home visits for children and teens with Autism, ADHD, oral-motor/feeding issues, and mild trauma backgrounds. You will work with a small, experienced team and collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress using our clinic’s specialized equipment,

Qualifications

• Licensed OT or COTA required.
• Experience with pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with autism, ADHD, oral-motor/feeding issues, and mild trauma.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
• Provide therapy services in outpatient clinic settings and in-home visits.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Utilize clinic equipment, including the therapy pool, to enhance treatment outcomes.
