Job summary

PediaStaff is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children in a clinical setting in the Schertz (NE San Antonio) area, TX. You will assess motor, sensory, and functional needs and implement therapy plans in collaboration with families and school staff.

Texas OT license and a degree in OT are required, with pediatric experience preferred. A generous sign-on bonus of $2,500 is offered along with comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Texas State license in Occupational Therapy (OT).
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience in pediatric OT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted occupational therapy interventions, helping them achieve developmental goals.
• Collaborate with families and other specialists to create a supportive environment tailored to the child's needs.
