Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our collaborative pediatric team. You will provide OT services to children aged 0-21, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, across developmental daycare and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities include caseload management, documentation, and coordination with families and other disciplines to ensure high-quality, continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted occupational therapy assistant license as approved by the Arkansas state licensing board
• Current NBCOT certification

Responsibilities

• Provides occupational therapy services to children 0-21 years as prescribed by a physician.
• Schedules children onto caseload by contacting the parent/guardian.
• Documents therapy services with weekly progress notes (electronic).
• Updates and turns in efficiency reports weekly.
• Updates schedule on the server and enters non-treatment time as required.
• Completes required paperwork including Early Intervention as needed.
• Participates in Multidisciplinary conferences and team meetings.
• Collaborates with administration and other disciplines to ensure quality services for children and families.
