Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support pediatric clients across our NC clinics in a collaborative, play-based setting. You will conduct evaluations, design treatment plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to help children reach their full potential.

The role requires pediatric experience, OT licensure eligibility in VA or PR, and a strong commitment to evidence-based practice. We offer a supportive environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous pediatric experience is preferred; new graduates will be considered.
• Graduation from an occupational therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education or equivalent.
• Licensed in the state of Virginia or eligible for licensure/registration per state registration practices.
• Pass a Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluation, treatment, consultation, and discharge planning for children in an outpatient clinic.
• Accurate documentation in EMR system.
• Detailed and thorough communication with child\'s healthcare providers through progress reports, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
• Assess and make recommendations regarding appropriate assistive technology and/or adaptive equipment as needed.
• Acts as a supervisor for COTAs in the clinic.
