Family of Kidz in Schoharie County, NY seeks an Occupational Therapist to design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on caseload. The position supports part-time or fee-for-service arrangements, with compensation at $110/hour for early intervention.

The role includes evaluation writing, collaboration with families, schools, and coordinators, and data collection for IFSP/IEP goals. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
