Family of Kidz in Greene County, NY seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team. The role offers part-time, fee-for-service or full-time potential with compensation considerations based on caseload and licensure.

You will design and implement individual and group interventions, perform evaluations, and collaborate with school teams and families. NY OT license and degree required; bilingual is a plus.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
