Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a part-time role in Steuben County, NY, with potential for full-time or fee-for-service arrangements. The position offers compensation of $102/hour for early intervention and requires NY OT licensure and a degree in Occupational Therapy.

The role involves designing therapeutic interventions, conducting evaluations, coordinating with school teams, maintaining billing logs, and contributing to CPSE/CSE processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families/school personnel.
• Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and report progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
