Family of Kidz in Greene County, NY is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to design and implement therapeutic interventions for children on caseload, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with supervisors and school teams.

This part-time or full-time, fee-for-service role offers generous benefits including PTO, holidays, health coverage, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collects data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
