MGA Homecare is hiring an Occupational Therapist for maternity relief coverage in the McKinney area. This full-time role involves pediatric therapy for children from birth to 21, with evaluations and individualized treatment plans, plus family coaching to reinforce progress at home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorates degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapy License is required.
• Pediatric Experience
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate therapy for children from birth to 21 with a range of physical, developmental, and sensory needs.
• Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Work closely with families to teach strategies that support progress at home.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team to guide each child’s journey.
