Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Texas to provide skilled therapy for children from birth to 21 with diverse needs. You’ll complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans while teaching families strategies to support progress at home.

Join a multidisciplinary team, supervise OTAs when needed, and ensure accurate documentation for quality care. New graduates are welcome; the role offers flexible schedules and strong mentorship for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate in an accredited therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapy License is required.
• CPR Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate OT for children from birth to 21 with diverse needs.
• Complete evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to teach strategies supporting home progress.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation for quality care.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and supervise COTAs when needed.
• Contribute to the child’s overall journey in homecare.
