Job summary

MOST/DFW in Flower Mound, TX seeks a passionate Occupational Therapist to join an interdisciplinary team serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. New grads are welcome.

This in-clinic role operates at partner ABA centers in Flower Mound and Coppell, with a 1099 contract that can transition to full-time based on availability. Providing therapy to 3-12 year-olds, you will collaborate with SLP and PT, and document in EMR.

Qualifications

• OTR license in Texas is required.
• Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatrics/ASD/Sensory Processing Disorder preferred.
• Willingness to commit to at least 20 hours per week on 2/3/5 day schedules.
• BLS/CPR certification and background check required.
• Laptop or tablet to document via EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in clinic at ABA partner centers.
• Collaborate with co-treating therapists to reach client goals.
• Create and implement therapy programs to improve daily living activities.
• Administer evaluations, re-evaluations, and document progress.
• Track client progress while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
• Educate families to promote skill generalization across settings.
• Attend CE activities and provide orientation to new staff.
