Job summary

MOST/DFW in Frisco, TX is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join an interdisciplinary team serving children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This in-clinic role partners with Speech, Physical, and ABA therapists to deliver engaging, functional therapy.

New grads welcome; hours flexible with a minimum of 20 hours per week on 2, 3, or 5 day schedules. Starts as a 1099 contract with potential to move to full-time based on availability and performance.

Qualifications

• OTR license to practice in Texas and CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric OT experience; preferably with Autism or SPD.
• Willing to commit to at least 20 hours per week on a 2/3/5 day schedule.
• Background check clearance required; access to EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic occupational therapy at partner ABA locations for ages 3–12.
• Collaborate with co-treating therapists to reach client goals.
• Create/implement therapy programs to improve daily living and quality of life.
• Perform evaluations/re-evaluations, report findings, and set goals.
• Track progress and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Educate families to promote skill generalization and carryover.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and inter-staff orientation.
