Job summary

BMS Pediatric Therapy Group, P.C. is a therapist-owned private practice in the Chicagoland area providing pediatric occupational therapy services to children from 6 months to 18 years.

We are currently hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person therapy in home and school settings across Chicago and nearby suburbs. Join a compassionate, clinician-led team dedicated to supporting children's independence, development, and participation in everyday activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois OT license required.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number required.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Illinois Early Intervention credential required or eligibility and willingness to obtain credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations and direct intervention for infants to adolescents.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans targeting fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Deliver Early Intervention services in natural environments (homes, childcare, community settings).
• Utilize family-centered practices and caregiver coaching to support progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Document progress, outcomes, and required reports in a timely manner.
