Our team of licensed clinicians brings extensive experience serving diverse pediatric populations across early intervention, early childhood, elementary, and adolescent settings throughout the Chicagoland area. We are currently hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person therapy

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted IL OT license.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Illinois Early Intervention credential required or eligible to obtain.
• Previous pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.
• Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and milestones.
• Strong clinical reasoning and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to service locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy evaluations and direct intervention services to infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans targeting fine motor coordination, visual motor integration, sensory processing, motor planning, self-care, and functional daily living skills.
• Provide Early Intervention services to birth to age three in natural environments including homes, childcare, and community settings.
• Utilize family-centered practices and caregiver coaching to support development and integration of therapeutic strategies.
• Provide medically necessary OT services to school-aged children with developmental, sensory, motor, and functional challenges.
• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, establish measurable goals, and complete written reports within required timelines.
• Address handwriting, feeding participation, dressing, grooming, play, emotional regulation, and independence.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Attend IFSP meetings and interdisciplinary treatment planning sessions as appropriate.
• Provide caregiver education and home programming to promote generalization of skills.
• Monitor progress toward goals and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes, evaluation reports, and documentation per insurance and IL EI requirements.
