Job summary

BMS Pediatric Therapy Group, P.C. is a therapist-owned private practice providing high-quality speech, occupational, and developmental therapy services to children in the Chicagoland area.

We are hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-person services to infants through adolescents, primarily in Early Intervention and school-based settings. Qualifications

• Must have an active OT license in Illinois and an NPI number.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• EI credential required for EI assignments or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT evaluations and direct interventions for infants to adolescents.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans targeting fine motor skills and self-care.
• Provide EI services in natural environments (homes, childcare, community).
• Use family-centered practices and caregiver coaching to support goals.
• Collaborate with other therapists and professionals for coordinated care.
• Attend IFSP meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
• Document progress notes, reports, and required documentation on time.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy to meet client needs.
