Job summary

Little Masters Development Center LLC in New York City seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join its Early Intervention team, providing home-based services to children ages 0–3 throughout NYC and collaborating with families in their natural environments.

The role emphasizes building foundational skills, developing individualized treatment plans, and working with a multidisciplinary team to support developmental progress in daily routines.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license required.
• Experience working with the pediatric population preferred.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings.
• Conduct individualized evaluations and therapy sessions based on each child's developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team.
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support developmental progress during daily routines.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork.
• Support the development of fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, self-help, play, and adaptive skills.
