Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Baytown, TX is seeking Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for in-home therapy services across Texas. The role supports children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs, helping them build independence and daily function in their homes and communities.

Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities exist with mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and a strong, clinician-led team culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year pediatric OT experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs).
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
