Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy across Texas. The role supports children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs, helping them build independence in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in home and community settings
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs) and develop individualized goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition and social/emotional development
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
