Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas invites qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our in-home therapy team. You will deliver interventions for children, support families, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams in Cedar Hill and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active COTA license (TX) required or eligible for licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory integration, and development.
• Support patients in achieving functional independence goals.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising.
