Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract role in Gallatin, TN. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, delivering hands-on therapy and collaborating with ABA, Speech, and Psychology teams to create integrated care plans.

You will guide families, participate in IEP processes, and mentor OT students as part of a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current OT license and state licensure in the applicable state are required.
• Registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) or CER/NCOTA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy aligned to each child’s needs.
• Collaborate across disciplines (ABA, Speech, Psychology) to create integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.
