Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven team across Gastonia and Huntersville centers. You will conduct comprehensive OT evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy tailored to each child, collaborating with ABA, Speech, and Psychology to deliver integrated care.

In this role you will mentor OT students, support caregivers, and participate in IEP development, with a focus on clinician well-being and ethical

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Licensed Occupational Therapist in applicable state (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy tailored to each child.
• Collaborate with ABA, Speech, Psychology to design integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff; participate in IEP development.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.
