Job summary

Hopebridge in North Carolina is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a clinician-led, mission-driven team split between our Gastonia and Huntersville centers. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated care for children with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current licensed OT and registered with the AOTA.
• Licensed in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy that meets each child where they are.
• Collaborate across ABA, Speech, Psychology to create integrated care plans.
• Guide and support caregivers and staff.
• Participate in IEP development and implementation.
• Mentor and supervise OT students and support team development.
