Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary outpatient team serving children. The role emphasizes direct patient care, mentoring across disciplines, and implementation of therapy approaches including hippo-therapy options.

You will work in Norco/ Corona locations with growth opportunities and ongoing training, aiming to help children reach their therapy goals with quality care and family involvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed in the state of CA.
• Experience in the pediatric setting preferred.
• Physiological knowledge.

• Must be able to lift, push, pull, move up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and interpret evaluations and test results to determine OT treatment plans.
• Administer occupational therapy and supervise aides and assistants.
• Develop home exercise programs and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document patient care and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers and other health care professionals.
• Participate in IEP team discussions within a comprehensive education plan.
