Beacon Services of Connecticut is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide home-based pediatric therapy for children from birth to three years, in diverse CT settings. You will evaluate developmental and motor skills, develop individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in families' homes and communities.

Join an interdisciplinary team, with a focus on supporting families, and aiding smooth transitions from early intervention to school services.

Qualificações

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency.
• Some experience in pediatric intervention preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations of young children’s abilities using developmental and motor assessments.
• Collaborate with a team to develop individualized plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Support children’s participation within home and community settings.
• Assist with transition planning from community to school-based services.
