Job summary

Leaps & Bounds Pediatric Therapy Inc is seeking a licensed California COTA to join our collaborative outpatient team. We provide therapy across traditional clinic and our ranch setting, including hippotherapy as part of a comprehensive plan.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid California COTA license.
Pediatric experience is a plus.
Clear Livescan and TB test are required prior to employment.
CPR Healthcare Provider Card is required.
Demonstrates strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Provide direct occupational therapy to children per treatment plans.
Help children achieve goals to increase independence in daily living activities.
Document patient performance and data.
Prepare therapy materials and equipment; adapt as needed.
Work across clinic, ranch, or telehealth settings as applicable.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and professional standards.
