Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking Occupational Therapy Assistants to support pediatric clients in home health across Texas. PRN, Part-Time and Full-Time roles with flexible schedules and growth opportunities are available. As a COTA, you will deliver therapy under OT supervision, document progress, and coordinate with the care team.

A valid license and CPR are required; drivers license preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, PTO, 401K and tuition

Qualifications

• Associate degree as a COTA preferred.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Valid state driver's license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services under supervision for pediatric patients at home.
• Maintain caseload with appropriate productivity.
• Coordinate care with supervisor and staff.
• Document progress and complete records promptly.
• Communicate with office staff for assistance.
• Maintain supplies and participate in team goals.
• Back up other caseloads as needed.
• Comply with policies and procedures.
