Qualifications

• Associates Degree as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.
• Current state-issued professional license.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically prescribed occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT for pediatric patients in the home health setting.
• Direct the patient and caregiver in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and/or enhance performance.
