Job summary

Progressive Pediatric Therapy in Pennsylvania seeks a motivated occupational therapist to support students in school-based and birth-to-3 EI programs. You will tailor interventions to build daily living skills, fine motor, and sensory processing, using evidence-based approaches.

We offer a mentorship for new grads, flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and opportunities for career advancement; caseload is customizable across Schuylkill, Berks, Lancaster or Lebanon counties.

Qualifications

• PA OT/OTA license required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children.
• Mentorship program available for new grads or those new to pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services in school-based settings to support participation.
• Customize caseload and collaborate with educational teams.
• Use evidence-based strategies to improve fine motor, play, and sensory skills.
• Support birth-3 EI program across multiple counties.
