Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide in-person school-based support in Philadelphia. The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and families to help students achieve IEP goals and smooth classroom carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist License is required.
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Clearances (Child Abuse, Federal, State) are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student need and progress.
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers to support classroom carryover of skills.
• Partner with families to support student success.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to support all learners.
• Stay current with best practices in school-based therapy.
