Job summary

Yale New Haven Health System is seeking a Pediatric Orthopedic NP/PA for the ambulatory team, focusing on outpatient care for children. You will work with surgeons and clinicians to manage assessments, treatment plans, and follow-ups in a supportive environment.

Prior pediatric or orthopedic experience is preferred, with onboarding and ongoing professional development provided. A four-day workweek and balanced schedule support work-life harmony.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited NP or PA program.
• Clinical working experience as NP/PA in pediatric orthopedics is preferred but not required.
• Active NP/PA license and appropriate board certification per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, triage, and therapeutic management as part of an interdisciplinary team in ambulatory settings.
• Support surgical services and procedures in the operating room as part of the orthopedic care team.
• Collaborate with experienced providers and multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver pediatric orthopedic care.

Education

Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or an accredited Physician Assistant Program
